The VirusSeq Data Portal has expanded to become the iMicroSeq Data Portal, with a focus on supporting integrative analyses of a broader range of microbial data (i.e. viruses, bacteria, including antimicrobial resistance data). Note when you choose “Exploring iMicroSeq data” above you have the option to view only clinical data from the VirusSeq Data Portal or environmental data associated with the iMicroSeq Data Portal.
Access is restricted by the data custodian. The collection's description and structure are public; the data is not available for querying through this network.
